Charlotte Ann Gillespie

Charlotte Ann Gillespie, age 66 of Gordon (Lucy Community) died unexpectedly Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at her home.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 7PM Friday, December 28, 2018 in the Chapel of the Angel at Woodland at Family First Funeral & Cremation Care with Pastor Jim Holmes officiating. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5PM until service time at the funeral home.

Charlotte was born May 24, 1952 in Elkton, Maryland and lived most of her life in North East, Maryland. In October of 2014, Charlotte moved to Gordon (Lucy Community) where she lived the remainder of her life. She was a nurse for the Veterans Affairs Administration for many years. In her spare time, Charlotte enjoyed painting and bird watching. She was of the Christian faith.

Survivors include her husband, Ronald Gillespie of Gordon (Lucy Community); a step-daughter, Jennifer Easterwood (Jody) of Alexander City; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Frank (Doodle) and Betty Kline of North East, Maryland, Charles and Devon Kline of North East, Maryland and Henry Kline of Rising Son, Maryland; an uncle, Jack Falkenstein (Sue) of Pine Island, FL; three grandchildren, several cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.
