Dennis Jay Miller
Dennis Miller, age 61 a resident of Slocomb died Monday morning February 18, 2019 at his home after a brief illness. Mr. Miller’s wish was for a simple cremation to be orchestrated by Family First Funeral & Cremation Care in Dothan. Dennis was born in Cincinnati, OH son of the late James J. Miller and Marjorie Stevens Miller. He lived in Slocomb most of his life and graduated from Slocomb High School as Valedictorian of his class. Dennis was an automotive mechanic and worked for United Auto. Survivors include a son Adam Miller of Midland City, a daughter Miranda (David) McQuain, a brother Doug Miller all of Malvern, 4 grandchildren Alicia Martin, Jaimee McQuain, Madilyn McQuain and Allora Miller. The family would like to express their special thanks to his caregiver Heather Whril.
