Angelia Lucas, age 60 of Chipley, Florida passed away Monday, February 20, 2023 at a local hospital following an illness. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, March 5, 2023, 3:00 p.m. at Kingdom Life Ministries (306 Spikes Road Southport, Florida, 32409) with Pastors Larry and Becky Owens officiating.
Angelia was born January 12, 1963 in Bay County, Florida to Michael Eugene McCormick, Sr and Barbara Ann Payne McCormick. She was a member of Kingdom Life Ministries Church. She enjoyed painting, reading, camping, fishing and going to the beach.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son Michael Shane Miller; brother Michael Eugene McCormick, Jr.
Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Bobby Lucas; son Justin Lee Cannon; granddaughters Brooke Lee Cannon, Whitney Elizabeth Suggs; great granddaughter Magnolia Marloe McGraw; sisters Sandra Ivey, Michelle Sanders.
