Danny Lucas Obituary

On March 7, 2022 Danny Mathas Lucas of Eufaula, AL was called home after a long battle with cancer. He was 62.

He is preceded in death by his father Mathas Lucas, mother Jeannette Lucas, two sisters Issie Mae Lang and Carolyn Price.

He is survived by brother Timmy Lucas, daughters Cynthia Medina (Luke Byrd), Lydia Tillery (Jeff Tillery), grandchildren; Mikayla Medina (Cody Wright), Kyle Tillery, Kelly Tillery, Eliza Lucas. Danny was a welder, funeral director, pastor and truckdriver. He was called to preach from Enon Baptist Church in Montevallo. He served as pastor in Chilton, Bibb, Perry and Shelby counties He was an avid hunter who loved spending days in the woods. Through all his life, there was never a doubt of his love for God. Romans 8:28
