Greg Walker

Greg Walker, a resident of Dothan passed away Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at Southeast Health.  He was 46.  

    Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 22, 2022, at 1:00 p.m.  at New Mt. Zion Baptist Church (Kinsey Road) with Pastor Norman Frye officiating. Visitation will be Friday January 21, 2022, at Family First Funeral Care Chapel from 5-7 p.m.

    Greg Walker was born April 29th, 1975, to Carl Ray Walker and the late Juanita Walker.  He was united in marriage to Tracy Walker. To their union a daughter was born, Amber Jade Walker.

    Greg attended and graduated from Headland High School.  After school Greg became a very successful business owner.  

Greg was preceded in death by his mother, Juanita Walker, grandparents; Mae Ella Norton, and Archie and Ora Walker, his sister; Denita Bush Walker, brother; Bobby Ray Norton, and Sister-in-law; Yolande Brooks.

Greg leaves to mourn and cherish his memories his loving and devoted wife of 26 years; Tracy Walker, his daughter; Amber Jade Walker, god-daughter; Fredisha (Jenard) Freeman, Father; Carl Ray (Ruby) Walker, Mother-in-law; Bobbie Jordan, Brothers: Michael (Ashley) Walker, Stevie Jackson, Sisters: Lori Walker, Shuna (Tequan) Graham, Lashawna (Carlos) Lampley, Sister-in-law; Libra (Gregory) Bradley, Uncles and Aunts: Jimmy (Stephanie) Norton, Greg (Sue) Norton, Ed (Adell) Walker, Larry (Brenda) Walker, Bobby (Virginia) Walker, Bobbi Thornton and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
