​James Thomas a resident of Dothan passed away Friday, September 29, 2021 at Flowers Hospital.  He was 53.

​Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 9, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Family First Funeral Care Chapel.  Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. the morning of the service inside the chapel.

​James Thomas was born to C.L Thomas and Mary Edwards on 03/23/1968 in the beautiful state of Florida.  He later moved to Dothan, AL where he lived for over 32 years and worked as a Fork liftdriver fro Adams Beverage.  

​Mr. Thomas was preceded in death by both his parents Mary Edwards and C.L. Thomas.

​He leaves to cherish his memories his children: James Thomas, Jr. (Ciara Ward), Isiah Thomas, Akeem Jackson (Summer Lee Fuents) , Latrevious Thomas-Jackson (Amber Berry), Parisia Thomas-Jackson (Yumarcus Coleman). Two brothers: Cleavland Thomas, and Mark Thomas. 4 Sisters: Ann Thomas, Alice Bennett, Cynthia Thomas, Dianna Thomas, 7 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
