John Thomas “JT” Lee

On February 1, 2023, John Thomas Lee took his las breath. John Thomas Lee was born on February 14, 1939 in Dothan, Alabama to the union of the late Jake Lee and Pastor Ressie Smith Lee. 

JT was introduced to the Lord at an early age through his mother’s ministry.  He found comfort in family prayer, bible study and gospel music.  He received his formal education in public schools of Dothan.  JT was a member of the Adventist Faith until his death. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jake & Ressie Lee; brothers Larry Lee, George Lee, Robert Lee; sisters Josie Walker, Elizabeth Sanks.

JT leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife Flora J. Lee; children Rhoda Easley, Paula Snell (Russell); Tommy Bell, Phillip Weems, Willie Bell (Laysharian), Senetha Collins (Ricky), Varie Carroll and Carol L. Poslie (Stacy); 22 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild; brother James Lee, Ronnie Lee; sisters Vallie Riggins, Betty Parks, Clara Fullwood, Gloria Cardwell; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
