It is with sad hearts to announce the passing of a beloved mother and sister Linda Bryant, 69, of Clayhatchee passed away Thursday evening, April 4. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday April 9, 2019 in the Chapel of Angels at Family First Funeral & Cremation Care in Dothan with Brother Less Lee officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Entombment services will be held at a later date. Linda was proceeded in death by her parents Herman and Lucy Moore, brother Charles Moore and a special niece Lana Turner. She enjoyed decorating, Alabama football and spending time with her fur babies. Linda had a lifelong passion in politics and was employed in various capacities in state government. Later retiring from Troy University in Montgomery where she graduated Sum Cum Laude with degrees in Criminal Justice and Human Resource Management. Linda also served as a council member for the town of Clayhatchee. She is survived by daughter Tonya Bryant, sister Judy Turner, brother James Moore and fur babies Cash, Man Man, Tito, Prissy, Frosty, Pocket, Benji. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to All Breeds Rescue in Samson, Al. Heartfelt thanks to Charlotte, Sam, Chasity, Evelyn and Melba for the special and loving care.
