Margaret Ann Greathouse

Margaret Ann Greathouse, age 69 of Dothan passed away peacefully at her residence Sunday afternoon August 12, 2018.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday in the Family First Funeral Care Chapel of the Angels with Pastor Gregg Doss of Ozark First Assembly of God officiating.  Burial will follow in the Blue Springs Word of Truth Cemetery (formerly Blue Springs Assembly of God Church Cemetery) in Blue Spring.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. Thursday until service time.

Mrs. Greathouse was born in Detroit, MI daughter of the late Joseph W. McDonald and Emma Louise Smith McDonald.  Margaret worked for Ford Motor Company in Detroit and most recently work in the medical field.  She moved from Litchfield, MI to Dothan in 2004, attended Harvest Church and had a special love for antiques.  Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother Robert McDonald and a sister Jeanette Alexander.

Survivors include her son Edward and his wife Penelope (Penni) McDonald of Dothan, 2 brothers Larry (Jackie) McDonald and Ricky McDonald both of Litchfield, MI 6 grandchildren Chelsey McDonald, Kailey McDonald, Cara McDonald, Maddie McDonald, Emma Hermsmeier and Andrew Hermsmeier.  Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
