Robert Lee Wells

       Robert Lee Wells, a resident of Slocomb, AL passed away Sunday, May 8, 2022 at Flowers Hospital.  He was 78.

       Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 12, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church with Pastor Larry Newton officiating.

       Visitation will be Wednesday, May 11, 2022 from 5-7 PM at Family First Funeral Care Chapel.

        Robert Lee Wells was born on November 13, 1943 to L.T. Well and Rebecca Watford Wells.  He was the owner of Wells Mason, where he worked as a Brick Mason most of his adult life.  Mr. Wells was a veteran of the Airforce National Guard.

       Mr. Robert Lee Wells was preceded in death by both his Parents; L.T. and Rebecca Watford Wells and his wife Hattie Wells.

       Mr. Robert Wells leaves to cherish his memories 2 sons: Shay (Wendy) Wells and David and (Kathy) Wells.  One sister; Jean Snipes, Five grandchildren; Grace Wells, Trevor (Faye) Wells, Shawn Wells, Harrison Wells, and Loramie (Grace) Wells, and 4 great grandchildren One special friend of many years Mr. Benny George Haddan, along with a host of other friends and relatives that loved him dearly. 

       The family will be receiving family and friends at the home of Mr. David (Kathy) Wells.  The address is 1974 Junction Road, Slocomb, AL 36375.
