William Jones Obituary

Mr William Jones (Bill Jones), of Dothan, AL, passed away on Sunday, November 14 at the age of 80.

William was born to parents William Alexander and Mary Jones on Feb 24, 1941 in Brooks County, GA. He grew up as one of eight children and attended Fellsmere High School, Fellsmere Florida. In 1960, he married his sweetheart, Hazel Louise Benton. William retired from Merck pharmaceuticals after many long years of loyal service in their Albany, GA production facility.

William is survived by his daughters, Angela Jones and Cynthia McDaniel. Grandchildren include Alissa Little, Jessica Hammock, Heather Graves and Vanessa Sonnier. Great grandchildren include Will Jordan, Brett Jordan, Madalynn Edwards, Olivia Vinson, Hannah Owens, Seth Moreno, Raven Graves and Charlotte Graves.

The family had a private viewing. The cremation is in the kind hands of Family First Funeral Care of Dothan Alabama. The family is grateful for the condolences.
